Joe Vaglica, Instructor
Joe Vaglica has a diverse background in both residential and commercial development, engineering and education. Joe received his PhD from Wayne State University, and also holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Joe is the Director and Founder of Wayne State University’s Construction Management Program, where he is currently on staff as a Professor. Yvonne Fletcher, Tech Lead
Yvonne Fletcher worked as a contract Systems Engineer to GM for nearly 19 years. Yvonne was both a client-side and server-side developer and performed coding, testing and implementations on 10 major system enhancements. Yvonne’s vast knowledge of programming languages include C++, SQL, Visual Basic, JCL, Crystal Reports, ColdFusion, HTML, Java & JavaScript. She created system requirements, test specifications, and user documentation. Yvonne also provided 24/7 technical help-desk support for the GM community and provided training to the GM staff during user acceptance testing. Yvonne was the project lead on several projects and played a key role in the achievement of CMMI Level 4 and Standard Systems Process utilization.
Yvonne has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Colorado State University, a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Capella University and is a Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer through the National Council on Laser Certification.
Yvonne is currently designing and managing the Global Inspector School® Home Inspector website. And she is the administrator for the Global Inspector Certification Association® and Michigan Proprietary School licenses.
